SMART FARM: Trichanthera Grass Farming Murang’a

Livestock farmers in Murang’a County are turning to a little–known fodder crop, Trichanthera grass, as they search for sustainable and affordable feeds. The plant, originally from Latin America, is being hailed as a game-changer for boosting milk yields while cutting down the high cost of concentrates.
