17 teachers have been transferred by the Teachers Service Commission from St. Gabriel Isongo secondary school after the principal, David Wafula was attacked by parents over poor results in last year’s KCSE examinations. This is after the Ministry of Education, unions, and other stakeholders condemned the attack while calling for legal action against those behind the assault. Teaching was paralyzed after the teachers got their letters of transfer to neighboring schools.
