A motion to impeach Kisii deputy Governor Robert Monda has been tabled at the Kisii County Assembly. Ichuni Ward Member of the County Assembly Wycliffe Siocha who is the sponsor of the motion accuses Monda of among others violating the constitution, abuse of office.
