DP Kindiki confirms push to woo Kalonzo from opposition

Deputy President Kithure Kindiki says there are ongoing efforts by the Kenya Kwanza administration to woo Wiper Patriotic Front leader Kalonzo Musyoka from the opposition, in what he describes as attempts to save his image from what the opposition has become. Kindiki says he will not let up in the pursuit to win the Wiper leader. The deputy president hosted grassroots leaders from Kitui County, where he called for an end to ethnic and divisive politics. As Kamau Mwangi reports, his party UDA, has continued to drum up support for its candidate in Malava, as campaigns for the legislative unit gather momentum.
