Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has confirmed that Ugandan authorities were holding activists Bob Njagi and Nicholas Oyoo who were released on Friday evening after 38 days in detention. Museveni who held a radio talk show on key national issues aired by Uganda broadcasting corporation on Saturday evening broke his silence on the matter saying the two were arrested following intelligence brief that they were riot experts working with opposition leader Robert Kyagulanyi popular as Bobi Wine
