DP Kindiki wants court to allow him cross-examine Dr. Gikonyo

Deputy President Prof. Kithure Kindiki now wants the Milimani High Court to allow the cross-examination of renowned cardiologist dr. Daniel Gikonyo, over a supplementary affidavit filed in the impeachment case involving former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua. This comes just two days after the former deputy president got a reprieve, after a 3-judge bench allowed Dr. Gikonyo’s affidavit on Gachagua’s health, which is central to the impeachment case.
