Shock struck the Bungoma Law Courts after an elderly man involved in a land dispute case died within the courts precincts . The Judiciary says the deceased had arrived in the Court visibly unwell and was given priority to hear his case. He, however, went ahead to rest on the grass waiting for his lawyer to arrive when a court official found him unresponsive. Police pronounced him dead moments later and moved his body to Bungoma County Hospital Morgue. His brother says he had previously suffered a heart condition.
