Education stakeholders in Samburu County are raising concerns over the shortage of tablets and other essential digital learning materials that are slowing down the rollout of digital education in schools. The concerns come as learners from St. Paul’s Primary School in Maralal continue to share limited devices under the Competency-Based Education. Samburu County Director of Education, Abraham Kenei, says the digital education program will only succeed if all learners, including those from pastoralist communities, are given equal opportunities to access ICT resources.
