Miraa juice and muguka drinks were the highlights of the Third Meru University of Science and Technology (MUST) International Conference. The research team at MUST's main campus in Nchiru has focused on the positive effects of miraa. Professor Arimi noted that the miraa juice and muguka energy drink are just the beginning of many products derived from these stimulant crops, primarily grown in Meru and Embu counties.
