17 year old Vincent Kaluma who recently created a buzz on social media platform TikTok has been offered a full scholarship at East African university where he will pursue a course in sales and marketing. The annoucement was made at the JCM church in Ruiru on Sunday, where TikTokers in their numbers joined the service and raised two million shillings in support of the family
