270,000 candidates who sat 2025 KCSE secure a direct entry to university

1932 candidates accounting for 0.19% have obtained a mean grade of A plain which is an increase compared to 1693 candidates who attained the mean grade in 2024. 270,715 candidates which is 27.18% got a direct university entry of C+ and above compared to 246,391 accounting for 25.53% in 2024.
