Nchi za Afrika sasa zinauomba Umoja wa Mataifa kupitia Shirika la Afya Duniani (WHO) kutoa rasilimali na msaada ili kusaidia kuimarisha mapambano dhidi ya udhalilishaji wa haki za afya ya uzazi wa kijinsia ambao unaathiri pakubwa vijana wa kiafrika. Katika mkutano uliofanyika jijini lusaka zambia ulioandaliwa na eannaso na asasi za kiraia na kuhudhuriwa na washirika wa srh, mabunge kutoka afrika mashariki, afrika magharibi na afrika kusini wametetea mapambano ya ulinzi wa haki na utetezi wa afya ya uzazi.
