While granting him bail, the court ordered Zachary to report to the investigating officer whenever he is summoned. High Court on Wednesday ordered the auctioneer and his lawyer to swear affidavits, explaining circumstances surrounding the controversial eviction, even as it emerges that the demolition order might have been forged
