Mandera County Government has launched the third phase of the Elimu Kwa Wote bursary program worth 460 million shillings in a bid to boost education status in the area. Governor Mohamed Khalif highlighted the program’s success, attributed significant improvements in KCSE performance over the past two years to the county’s subsidized secondary education initiative. Mandera Senator Ali Roba commended the county government for its dedication to education and the empowerment of young learners. The initiative, spearheaded by Governor Mohamed Adan Khalif, is set to benefit 34,372 secondary school students and 5,697 university and college students.
