BASEBALL 5 COACHES TRAINING

Youth across the country have been encouraged to embrace Baseball5, a fast-growing sport in Kenya, not only as a way to stay physically fit but also as a potential avenue for earning a livelihood. The Softball Federation of Kenya (SFK) is currently conducting a three-day intensive training for 60 coaches from the Coast region at the Technical University of Mombasa. The training focuses on key aspects of the game including specialised hitting, rapid fielding, and precise throwing techniques.
