The group claim the NHIF Boss has disregarded Lady Justice Wambua Mong'are orders dated 6th February 2024 that ordered the NHIF board to pay Jomec Ltd a rehabilitation Centre Hospital in Nakuru an all inclusive sum amounting to 188.2Million Shillings in full and final settlement of the matter be payable in one installment on or before 9th February 2024.
