Catholic bishops raise alarm over rising political temperatures

The Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops has raised the alarm over rising political temperatures in the country, which they say are fuelling tensions among Kenyans. In a statement released Friday, the bishops fingered the political class for premature campaigns and mobilisation, done at the expense of service delivery to the people. And as Laura Otieno reports, the men of the cloth also asked young people to take up their civic duty in their clamour for better governance.
