CLUBFOOT NGO PARTNERS WITH MIGORI TO ADDRESS INFANT DEFORMITY

Clubfoot Care for Kenya (CCK) and Migori County have partnered to address the rising cases of clubfoot among the infants in the county. Globally, out of a thousand live births, one child is born with clubfoot and in Kenya, the number of children born with the deformity is 2,000 annually. In Migori,i about 40 children are born with the deformity yearly, with about two to four being treated at Migori County Referral Hospital each month.
