COAST LEADERS URGED TO SPONSOR YOUTH FOR MARITIME JOBS AS KENYA SECURES GLOBAL BLUE ECONOMY OPPORTUN

Political leaders from Kenya’s Coast region have been urged to support and sponsor young people to enroll in maritime and blue economy courses to benefit from growing international job opportunities secured by the government. Speaking at a community engagement forum in Mikindani, Jomvu Sub-County, Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs Karisa Nzai encouraged youths to enroll in TVET institutions and acquire maritime skills to compete in the global job market.
