A section of contractors in Turkana County say they have not been paid their dues three years after building schools in the region. Some of the contractors claim that despite completing their assignments, all they have received are unmet promises despite the World Bank releasing funds to finance the development. They claim the stalemate has led to the stalling of projects in over 100 schools in the county including St. Kevin, Loyola, and Salvation Army mixed secondary school.
