- 1,375 viewsDuration: 4:08For the second day running, the High Court has summoned Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja and DCI Director Mohamed Amin to appear in court and account for the whereabouts of three men allegedly abducted last month. Kanja and Amin, who had been ordered to appear in court on Monday and produce Macmillan Kiarie, Evans Otieno and Michael Oloo, failed to attend the session. Through their lawyer, Senior Counsel Paul Nyamodi, they informed the court they were engaged in a security planning meeting. While maintaining that the three men are not in police custody, the two security chiefs have now been directed to appear before the court on July 20 and shed light on the men's whereabouts. Gatete Njoroge reports.
