Court summons Kanja, Amin over missing trio

The High Court in Milimani has, for the second time, ordered Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja and DCI Director Mohamed Amin to appear in court and explain the whereabouts of Macmillan Kiarie, Evans Otieno and Michael Oloo. The three disappeared in separate incidents in Mathare and Umoja last month, with the court seeking accountability from the police over the progress of investigations into their disappearance.
