The death toll from Mathare river floods has risen to 13 as three more bodies were recovered in Mathare 4a area today. The bodies included 2 from a family of 5 whom were covered in debris from a house that fell on them as they sought shelter. This comes even as residents in the area fault the government for not coming to their rescue fast enough and will now have to spend another night with no food, shelter or clothing.
