The Deputy Inspector General of the Administration Police Service Gilbert Masengeli on Tuesday visited Hulugho Township in Garissa County to condole with families of two victims killed in separate but closely linked incidents that have shaken the area. Masengeli, who represented the Inspector General of the National Police Service, Douglas Kanja, reassured residents that multi-agency security teams have intensified operations to track down and arrest those responsible for the killing of Boma Location Chief Abdifatah Ghani and Hulugho Primary School teacher Peter Musili.
