President William Ruto has left the country today to attend two high-level meetings in Uganda, including an IGAD meeting on regional cooperation. The meetings come in the wake of diplomatic tiffs that have seen Kenya lock horns with its neighbors over aviation rights and fuel imports. Ruto is expected to hold bilateral talks with his Tanzanian counterpart Samiah Suluhu and Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni in an attempt to iron out the issues.
