Through a notice of motion filed before the Environment and Land Court, the plaintiff is seeking orders to restrain Pamat Enterprises Limited, Wiyan Properties Limited, Gianni Limited, gianni limited and Daniel Kahoro from entering, remaining on, selling, transferring, or in any way interfering with parcels of land pending the hearing and determination of the case. The directors of Ndunde Investments insist they are the lawful registered proprietor of the parcels of land having acquired them from its former director in 2000.
