Directors of Ndunde Investments seek court intervention in a Kiambu land tussle

The owners of a multi-billion-shilling parcel of land in Kiambu County, allegedly targeted by land grabbers have moved to court seeking eviction of intruders from their property. Through their company, Ndunde Investments, the family says they inherited the 248-acre land from their father in 2000 and have legally managed it since then. They now claim that a proposed change of land use initiated in 2016 may have triggered the ongoing dispute and subsequent encroachment.
