Kiambu County Government has commenced investigations into the death of an 11 year old boy linked to negligence by medical doctors at Igegania Level Four Hospital in Gatundu North. According to the County Executive committee member for health Dr. Elias Maina, the county has already fired the doctor said to have failed to attend to the boy. Doctors in Kiambu County have been on strike since Monday over alleged inaction by the County in improving their welfare.
