President William Ruto has Nominated Dorcas Agik Oduor for the position of Attorney General. If approved by the national assembly, Oduor will become the first female attorney general in Kenya. Initially, the head of state had nominated Rebecca Miano for the position. Oduor has vast legal experience spanning over 30 years of practice within the public sector. She was admitted to the bar as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 1992.
