Acting Director General for Health Dr. Patrick Amoth has assured Kenyans that the government has put in place mechanisms to ensure ongoing flooding in parts of the country do not affect access to medical care . Dr. Amoth says community health volunteers and other first line medical officers will continue to administer essential services such as vaccinations and other treatments to those displaced regardless of their location.
