East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) Member of Parliament Falhada Iman has issued a strong appeal to drug barons, traffickers, and suppliers operating in northern Kenya to abandon the illicit trade and instead support initiatives that uplift young people through talent development and economic empowerment.
Speaking on Sunday at Kunaso Grounds, Waberi ward in Garissa township during the finals of the Eid Cup tournament—an event she sponsored through her Falde Foundation, Iman condemned the destruction caused by drug abuse, particularly among the youth in Garissa County.
