EMPOWERING YOUNG DISABLED WOMEN

As part of its annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities aligned with International Women’s Week, the Association of Women Accountants of Kenya (AWAK) has reaffirmed its partnership with the Shanzu Transitional Workshop for Disabled Young Women in Shanzu, Mombasa. The workshop provides vocational training for young women with disabilities in practical skills such as tailoring, embroidery, and craft-making, equipping them with tools to achieve independence and self-reliance.
