A spot check by KBC channel1 in Laikipia county, indicates that by 11 am Thursday morning, over 25% of the 71 registered voters had cast their votes at the Nanyuki Law Courts with the presiding officer Kang’ora Karua, expressing confidence in the exercise winding up before 5pm.
