Kisumu County administration has moved to aid in the reconstruction of the over 500 houses damaged following the stormy rain experienced in Kisumu West and Seme sub-counties early this week. Kisumu County Deputy Governor Dr. Mathews Owili while leading the distribution of construction materials further appealed to well-wishers to also come to the aid of the victims to help them rebuild their lives, as Wycliffe Oketch reports.
