    A family in Isebania is seeking justice following the death of their kin, allegedly while in police custody at Motemorabu Police Post in Kuria West, Migori County, over the weekend. 40-year-old Allan Kamau Kimani, had been arrested over allegations of cutting down trees belonging to his aunt. According to his mother, Mary Wambui, the officers allegedly demanded a cash bail of 15,000 shillings for his release, an amount she was unable to raise. Later, she was informed that her son would be transferred to Isebania Police Station for court processing and arraignment. Three days afterwards, Wambui was summoned to the police station where she was devastated to learn of her son’s death.
