A family in Homa Bay is demanding justice following the death of their kin Yvonne Lucy who died while receiving treatment at the Intensive Care Unit after sustaining gunshot injuries in an alleged police shooting. The officer suspected of firing the shot is reported to be in police custody. However, the family claims he has been making repeated phone calls to the victim’s family, urging them to drop the matter and pushing for the case to be transferred from Homa Bay Law Courts to Kendu Bay.
