Over 10,000 farmers in Migori County are set to benefit from an incentivized tree planting program where they will be supplied with tree seedlings. The initiative aims at promoting environmental conservation and strengthening climate change mitigation efforts. Under the program, participating farmers will receive a monthly stipend for nurturing the planted seedlings.
