Farmers in the North Rift want fertilizer recalled, tested

Farmers from the Northern part of Rift Valley are now calling for the immediate recall and testing of fertilizers bought from NCPB, on suspicion of being fake. In a spot check by Citizen TV across various farms in Nandi, the farmers are yet to begin planting despite the commencement of the short rains, as they relayed fear of crop failure should they apply the suspect fertilizer.
