12 people have died with one person reported missing across the country due to the heavy rains currently pounding various places in the country. Speaking during an assessment tour in Nyanza and western region, interior PS Raymond Omollo indicated that the government has put in place measures to set up dykes in flood prone areas to save more than 3,000 households that are currently affected by the floods. And as Laura Otieno reports, affected residents have expressed fear of further displacement as the weatherman forecast seven days of intense rainfall in different parts of the country.
