GAMBLING CONTROL ACT REFORMS MOVE CLOSER TO IMPLEMENTATION

The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Kenya (GRA-K) recently concluded a two-day public participation forum on draft regulations under the Gambling Control Act, 2025, aimed at modernizing and strengthening the country’s gambling sector. The proposed regulations cover licensing, conduct of operations, the National Lottery, advertising, appeals, and foreign-based operators.
