Roads and Transport Cabinet Secretary Davies Chirchir says no company has been awarded a contract for the modernisation of the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Chirchir said claims that a Zimbabwean businessman Wicknell Chivayo was among individuals awarded the contract are inaccurate and that the only two bidders for the project were China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) and Sinohydro Corporation from China.
