Embattled meru governor Kawira Mwangaza now says she is ready for the dissolution of Meru county following the protracted tussle between the county executive and the assembly. The county chief says she will heed the request from meru residents if they have seen it fit for the county to be dissolved. Even though that is one of the legal ways to resolve the current tussle, law experts say the matter can also be adjudicated at the high court by overturning the senate’s decision that saved Mwangaza for the second time. However, the county still has an opportunity for an amicable solution to the matter.
