The government is in the process of reviewing the scheme of service for Chiefs and Assistant Chiefs to address job stagnation. Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen informed the National Assembly administration and security committee that in the new scheme of service, delayed promotions and bias in training will be permanently addressed.
