HIGH COURT POSTPONES JUDGMENT IN KASSIM JIROW MURDER CASE AFTER ACCUSED FAILS TO APPEAR

The High Court in Mombasa has postponed for the second time the delivery of judgment in the murder case of businessman Kassim Jirow after the main accused, Adelaide Jilani, failed to appear in court. The judgment, which was to be delivered by Justice Wendy Kagendo, was halted after the court was informed that Jilani, who is out on bond, had been hospitalized due to complications related to acute ulcers.
