Now to the war against HIV...and not everyone at risk of contracting the HIV virus will qualify for the prevention drug Lenacapavir (PRONUNCIATION: LENACAPAVIA). Experts say the injectable will only be administered to individuals who test negative for HIV and have not had potential exposure to the virus within the past 72 hours. Those currently using other medications, including sexual performance enhancement drugs, as well as those undergoing treatment for tuberculosis, will be required to disclose this information to prevent harmful drug interactions.
