In a major boost to professional training standards, the Human Resource Management Professionals Examination Board has released the December 2025 examination results alongside reforms aimed at expanding access to certification and strengthening credibility in the profession.
The board announced that increasing examination sittings from two to three per year has raised candidate numbers from about 2,800 annually to over 4,500, reflecting growing uptake and confidence in HRMPEB programs nationwide
