    Supreme Court Judge Njoki Ndungu and Chief Magistrate Everlyne Olwande were sworn in today as Commissioners of the Judicial Service Commission for a five-year term in a ceremony attended by Chief Justice Martha Koome. Justice Njoki Ndungu was appointed to fill the vacancy left following the passing of The late Justice Mohammed Ibrahim, who represented the Supreme Court at the JSC. Chief Magistrate Everlyne Olwande begins her second term after being elected by members of the Kenya Magistrates and Judges Association. Chief Justice Martha Koome has called on the new commissioners to uphold integrity and serve Kenyans with diligence in their roles.
