Court told Gachagua is impeached and ineligible for public office

Lawyers representing the National Assembly of Kenya and the Senate of Kenya told a three-judge bench that Rigathi Gachagua was lawfully impeached, followed due constitutional process, and is therefore barred from holding any public office.
