Preparations for the pending by-elections have entered the final phase following the arrival of ballot boxes into the country. The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission received three pallets of ballot materials at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
The ballot papers were accompanied by statutory election forms. The materials will be used in the upcoming Member of National Assembly by-election in Emurua Dikirr Constituency, Narok County, as well as Member of County Assembly seats in Porro Ward, Samburu County, and Endo Ward in Elgeyo Marakwet County.
