Isiolo Governor calls for calm as negotiations over land with KDF continue

Isiolo Governor Abdi Ibrahim Guyo has urged residents of Burat and Ngaremara wards to remain calm, as they seek for an amicable solution over a protracted land row with the Kenya Defense Forces. This comes as residents have faulted the military officers for alleged threats and intimidation.Governor Guyo noted that already significant progress is being made to expedite the matter in line with the directive of President William Ruto. He however urged the locals to set aside their differences and collaborate with the team tasked to lead the negotiation for the recovery of the piece of land.
